What is the Easyfit difference?
We provide hassle-free, nutritionally healthy, ready-made meals with a home-cooked feel. You set your goals and personalise your preferences; we deliver fresh, portion-controlled meals to meet those goals. Our Easyfitters love the 'set and forget' approach, your food arrives with a different menu selection every time, personalised to your needs.
Do you have a menu?
We don't have a traditional menu where you select specific meals. Instead, you choose your preferred range and personalise your order by telling us what ingredients to avoid. We then create a rotating selection of fresh meals based on that.
What’s the minimum number of meals I can order?
The minimum order is a 6-meal pack.
I am ordering for more than one person, what do I do?
You can easily add different packs to your cart for each person. Go through each order individually, select preferences, and add snacks. Once done, just repeat for the next person.
I need a recommendation, what do I do?

I am coeliac, is your food safe for me?
Many of our meals are gluten-free and our sauces are gluten, and preservative-free. However, our kitchen is not certified gluten-free, so we cannot guarantee there won’t be traces. If you’re highly sensitive, please use caution.
Do you cater for food allergies or specific dietary requirements?
We offer gluten-free, dairy-free, keto, low-carb, and vegan options. All meals are made in the same kitchen, so we cannot guarantee allergen-free conditions. Please reach out if you have specific concerns.
How long do the meals last?
Our meals will stay fresh in the fridge for 5 to 7 days they're delivered fresh not Frozen
Can the meals be frozen?
Yes our meals can be popped straight in the freezer and taken out when you want to enjoy them
How do I heat my meals?
If defrosted, meals require 2–3 minutes in the microwave. For best results, defrost overnight to avoid overheating or drying out.
Where is the food cooked?
All meals are prepared in our commercial kitchen at 1 Stanyford Way, Medina, WA.
When do I place my order by?
The weekly cut-off is Sunday at midnight (WA time) for delivery the following week. Orders placed after that will roll over to the next week.
How is my order confirmed?
You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed. If you don’t receive it, please check your spam folder or contact help@easyfit.net.au.
How do I make menu selections?
You don’t select individual meals. Just choose your meal range, tell us what ingredients to avoid, and we’ll build a rotating selection tailored to you.
Can I order meals as a one-off?
Absolutely. You can place one-off orders anytime, great for trying us out, stocking your freezer, or gifting to someone else.
Do you offer subscriptions?
Yes! Subscribe weekly, fortnightly, or monthly with zero lock-ins. Manage everything easily from your online dashboard.
How do I pause or stop my subscription?
You can pause, skip, or cancel from your account dashboard. Changes must be made before Saturday 6pm (WA time), as payments are processed early Sunday morning.
How do I make changes to my orders?
All changes must be made before Saturday 6pm (WA time). Update via your account dashboard or reach out to help@easyfit.net.au if you need support.
