Our healthy living meals are for most people who lead healthy lives when combined with light daily exercise or training and physical activity but are bored with their current diet and looking for a bit of variety and a better body.

You can achieve weight loss thru these meals as we use only complex carbs when designing them and they are loaded with fresh seasonal vegetables.

We try to keep a variety of meals to keep our clients receiving different meals and flavors each week.

These meals will be served with a mix of sides including cauliflower rice, brown basmati rice and sweet potato.This range will see you receiving meals that are healthy and nutritious, while still enjoying a variety of the foods you love!

HEATING INSTRUCTIONS:

We’ve taken great care to develop the highest quality meals, and to ensure you get the best from our meals, we ask that you take a little care in reheating. Allow your meals to defrost overnight in the fridge and then reheat on medium heat in the microwave for 1-2 minutes. Please don’t bring nuclear war onto your meals by overheating in the microwave.

All proteins are weighed after cooking.  Not all natural herbs and spices in our in house rubs are listed so for allergies please contact us.  Prices subject to change on seasonality and availability. Gluten free recipes are available. We promote well-being through weight loss and nutritionally balanced diet. Some meal plans require personal training, circuit training, weight training or cardio for maximum effectiveness.

DELIVERY:

Please note when placing orders they need to be placed before Monday 3pm to ensure delivery that week. Any orders placed after this will be delivered the following week.

Delivery to baldivis, kwinana and Rockingham is Tuesday evening

Delivery to Perth metro suburbs including Mandurah is Wednesday.

Please mention in the comments any special delivery instructions. If you live in a high rise apartment with no front door access you need to be able to meet the delivery driver upon delivery.

Please contact us if you require them to be dropped to your work address as you will need to be there to receive them.

If you are not home, your order will be left in our ice box, with an ice pack, at your front door.

PLEASE LEAVE THE BOX/BAG AND ICE OUT WHEN EXPECTING YOUR ORDER SO WE CAN TAKE THE OLD.
