Simply store pop the meals in the fridge or freezer and you’ll you’re your delicious personalised meals ready to heat and!

We Use Multi-Use Packaging

Take away containers

They are multi-use, and the labels peel off easily. Many of our Easyfitters use them for storage and organising in the home and garage.

Delivery bags

These are multi-use as well which is saving on recycling wastage and ensures your meals remain affordable. So please remember to leave these out on your delivery day.

Ice-packs

Please leave these out for collection along with your bags.

Do you deliver to

Only if there is easy parking outside or a place to safely leave the food and fits in with the Easyfit delivery window.

We cannot guarantee your delivery at a specific time or before standard close of business and the driver cannot leave the  refrigerated van unattended. 

We deliver within the Perth Metropolitan area – Please check your postcode below:

If an order is placed and we do not deliver to that area – The process will be to notify you, cancel your order and refund your money.

No sorry! We pride ourselves on being a home delivery  service. We don’t currently have the availability to pick meals up.

Logistic

No, as long as there is easy access to your front door. Your order will be left in our ice bag, with an ice pack to keep it cool.  Our driver will do their best to hide your bag from the street – near the front door.

Have a special hidden spot?  Please mention in the comments with any special delivery instructions.

Please leave the previous delivery’s ice-bag and ice-pack out when expecting your order

When you need to be there to receive the delivery – see next tab

  • Gated Apartment: If you live in a high-rise apartment with no front door access. The driver cannot leave their vehicle and travel up lifts to your apartment. AND the driver is unable to call and wait for extended periods.
  • Dog: If you or someone else have a dog in the yard (even though he is a lovely cuddly bear…). That is a health and safety issue.

Our bags contain a large ice pack to keep your meals cold and fresh. The bags are able to be outside for up to 8 hours (dependent on the air temperature).

  2. Click ‘Address Details’
  3. Update address details
  4. Click ‘Submit’

Please remember to make any changes BEFORE the cut-off point that week (Sunday 6pm WA time)

We charge a flat rate of $15 per week

Problems with delivery

I am so sorry… There would be a number of reasons for that..

  1. Your order was placed after the cut-off time which means it is booked in for next week. To check go to:
    • Login to your Dashboard > Click ‘Order History’ > Check the delivery date
  2. Your order did not go through… Did you receive a confirmation email?
    • Please check your bank statement or Order History in the dashboard
  3. Something went wrong our end…

We are sorry – every care is taken to ensure that it is delivered to you in the same great condition that it leaves our kitchen. Please take photos and contact us on email at support@easyfit.net.au

If driver shows up and cannot enter apartment complex or residence the driver will find the safest spot to leave it.  If that is not possible, then we will cancel the order. No refund will be issued.
